The Vastex “D” series dryers are specifically designed to meet the drying requirements of DTG printers using white inks, which are the most difficult inks to dry due to their high water content. Consequently, these units also deliver high-performance results when curing high-temperature screen printing inks.

Production capacity can be doubled, tripled, or even quadrupled by adding additional heating lamps and extending the conveyor belt.

The Little Red “D” series models are equipped with a high-temperature pre-heating zone that raises the temperature to 149°C+ within the first few inches of the conveyor path. This process reduces ink dwell time inside the dryer by exposing the ink to higher temperatures from the initial drying stages, allowing for increased production speeds.
