The UVDRYER is a drying tunnel suitable to dry UV inks. The UVDRYER is equipped with a UV lamp with high income and performance capable to dry the most difficult job printed with UV inks. The UVDRYER can be equipped with 1,2 or 3 lamps in one single system. There is several options available such as: Low profile UV unit to fit in OFFSET machines; speed shapes to fit in difficult places; height from curing objects can be modify according to your needs; automatic shutter can be apply in case of necessary.
- UV Lamp housing 100% closed equipped with crystal quartz glass so no heat is transmit to drying object;
- Belt made in Teflon mesh anti-static;
- Belt speed adjustment made by electronic inverter;
- High income cooling lamp ventilator for maximum achieving in lamp temperature;
- Working hours counter for operator lamp life control;
- Ampermeter to control lamp consumption;
- Possibility to have vacuum table in full area from belt to help in sheet stabilization;
- Easy access to UV lamp for service and lamp replacement;
- Possibility to adjust height from UV lamp to subtract;
- Option to have HEAT EX system to lower curing temperature in sheet;
- Option to have 1,2 or 3 lamps in 1 UV unit;
- Option to have electronic lamp power adjustment from lamp to achieved optimal results ;
