PREGAN C4 is a water emulsifiable solvent mixture with excellent dissolving power for all wet and dried inks. It is very effectively used as an ink stain remover or as an activator for KIWO's HAZE REMOVER. It can also be used in conjunction with PREGAN PASTE to enhance its haze-removing performance.
